Shipping & Returns
Delivery Time
For orders within Norway, the expected delivery time is within 5 business days after order confirmation, provided that all items are in stock at the time of purchase.
For international orders, estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Delays may occur.
Shipping Costs (Norway)
We offer free shipping within Norway on orders over 2000 NOK.
For orders below 2000 NOK, shipping costs 80 NOK, regardless of the size or weight of the parcel.
International Shipping
International shipping costs 200 NOK.
For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, the shipping cost is 1000 NOK.
Please note that local customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
GOBMI does not cover customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you receive the item.
Once the return has been approved, the full product amount will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For unclaimed shipments that are returned to us, the refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs incurred.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Please ensure that all tags are still attached.
You are responsible for the item until it has been received by us.
Please ensure the item is properly packaged and sent using a secure shipping method.
We recommend using the original packaging when possible and keeping the shipping receipt.

All returned items are inspected, and you will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted for the reasons stated above.
Please contact us at post@gobmi.no before returning an item, and remember to include your order number.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible.
All exchanges must be agreed upon with us in advance via email at post@gobmi.no, so we can confirm availability of the requested item.
